This position plays a key part in ensuring the scalability and efficiency of applications and addressing technical challenges. With your expertise, you will help drive innovation and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards, providing value and reliability to our partners.
What you will be doing on a daily basis:

- Working as part of an agile team to deliver end to end solutions for our clients' digital products.
- Collaborating and contributing to the delivery of high-quality bespoke software solutions
- Assisting in understanding and refining requirements with the client and the engineering team
Skills and requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Software Developer role
- Demonstrable experience building line of business systems utilising .net/WebAPI, Entity Framework and SQL Server for backend and SPA front ends
- A willingness to understand the clients business model and requirements
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of technical issues and follow appropriate steps to resolve them
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Good organisational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with working in an international environment, using verbal English daily
- Comfort with being part of an agile team and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders
- The ability to communicate obstacles, needs, and expectations politely and constructively
- Proactiveness and a continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity with a remote-first culture (though youre welcome to come in to the office if youd like!)
