What strong skills were looking for in our developer

• Ruby on Rails (or similar framework),
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing complex applications with one of major frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue,
• Intensive database work,
• Writing and running automated tests,
• Ability to debug complex code,
• Developing widely-used systems,
• Proficiency in version control with Git,
• CI/CD experience  GitLab/Jenkins or another similar tool,
• AWS experience will be a big plus.
