About This Opportunity

PDG IMS Gateways is a multi-national development organization having design ownership for IMS Gateways products in native, virtual and cloud native domain. Design owner ship with active development includes the following products: CN-IMS (cSBG, cBGF and cNSDS), vSBC (vSBG, vBGF, vNSDS, vWA), vMRF as well as native M-MGw/MRS products.

What you will do:

• In Gateways we believe working in Agile teams, so you must be working closely with your team members and also in close cooperation with other teams in the community.
• Be an owner of the implemented functionality: from design and implementation, testing to production troubleshooting and documentation.
• Be responsible for the quality of the technical solution, functionally test the implemented solution
• Drive innovation by coming up with new ideas related to our product/our processes
  
  

What you will bring:

• A MS/BS degree in Computer Science or related
• Junior/Medior level programming skills in any functional language or in C++
• Linux knowledge
• IP networking
• Experience in use of development management systems and build tools preferably Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit, Git, Bazel, Cmake
• Collaborated across teams
• To be a proven quick leaner in technical domains
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
• Pragmatic problem solving
• Strong team spirit and being self-motivated,
• To be open minded and willing to take challenges
  
  

It is an advantage if you have:

• You are not afraid of challenging the status quo and bring new ideas to the table
• Good understanding of Microservices architectures
• Experience using and developing scalable real time solutions
• You have some knowledge of the telecommunication network domain (e.g.: SIP, Megaco), or willing to learn
